1. The gym registers and runs classes that exceed the maximum group size per COVID executive orders, advertises camps and classes as "outdoors" while keeping students inside for 90% of the class, and allows maybe a hundred unmasked students in the gym at a time. 2. The employer has explicitly stated in meetings "we are breaking the law," and previously said "we're walking a fine line." The facility manager at the Kalamazoo location has encouraged management to completely disregard the executive orders and to run classes as the business normally would. 3. Employees have expressed concern after students left class sick (including confirmed cases of COVID in the building), and management has completely disregarded all concern and expressed a belief that the number of cases reported by the state is "made up" and we "can't" get it from kids.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
