1. Employees have lifting problems due to heavy lifting of parts in department 7-K, between G-14 of G-15 pillars of welding area; because overhead manipulators used for lifting have not worked for many years. 2. Employees have suffered back problems when manually lifting; and conducting touch-up welding on heavy parts at 45-degree angle. 3. The smoke exhaust system in the areas do not adequately exhaust smoke from the face of operators. 4. Employees who conduct touch-up welding are exposed to welding flashes, and are not provided welding goggles for eye protection. 5. Employees passing through the general vicinity of welding area, are exposed to welding flashes due to unshielded or unscreened welding stations.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-24
