1. Contrary to the Governor's order, my employer has insisted that the earing of face coverings is not required. 2. I recently filed a complaint against the company regarding the failure to enforcing the use of PPE, including safety glasses, protective footwear and social distancing. The buildings are quarantined and several do not wear eye protections, few wear hearing protection and around five do not wear protective foot wear.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
