1. Employees are grouping up and not keeping the appropriate distance from one another while management does nothing. (at the time clock is one example). 2. Employees not wearing gloves or mask as needed. 3. Employer does supply gloves but no masks. 4. Employees are forced to work in close proximity to each other in some departments and management does nothing. 5.
