Customer called call center and stated to worker that someone tested positive at Roseland FCRC and that this is the second time someone has disclosed to workers over the phone about someone testing positive, initially it was reported by the complainant on 3/10/21 in the same fashion, over the phone. Complainant was informed through protocols that when there is a positive result, the offices must be cleaned and closed for a period of 10-14 days until the building is deemed safe for employees to return to work. Employees are not asking for management to disclose who has tested positive, but to be transparent in informing the employees. To follow up, the ventilation system hasn't been changed. As stated by the CDC, the ventilation systems need to be changed and the carpet hasn't been changed in years.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-02
