Employees are exposed to illnesses including coronavirus and on or about March 5, 2021 when an employee tested positive the employer did not ensure the maintenance shop, office and other shared work areas were cleaned with an EPA approved sterilant. 2. Employees are exposed to illnesses including coronavirus and the employer does not enforce distancing and the use of masks over the nose and mouth. 3. Employees working outside cleaning up fallen limbs are exposed to struck -by hazards from other overhead limbs and ice and the employer did not provide and require the use of head protection.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 5
