The employer is not following CDC guidelines in regards to the use of facemasks or face coverings, the store recently went against the state requirement of wearing masks within the store not enforcing the use of the face coverings by employees and customers. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 1910.141, 1910.132, 1910.138 2. The employer is not following CDC social distancing guidelines they recently removed floor placements signs for social distancing in the store walking and waiting aisles.
