1. The employer moved the Covid-19 screen tent/station from outside to the courtyard located inside between Damen and Ogden. The move exposes the employees to patients and others that have symptoms associated with Covid-19. 2. The employer is not informing employees that they may have been exposed to co-workers that tested positive for Covid-19. Employees on the eighth floor of the Damen building in the HUD-VASH area and in other parts of the Medical facility have tested positive for Covid-19 virus. Employees have not been notified that co-workers have tested positive for Covid-19 (Contact tracing). 3. The employer does enforce social distancing while conducting training of more than 50 employees.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 150
