On or about March 17, 2021, an employee tested positive for COVID-19 and was allowed to return back to work. Employees in close contact were not informed of the positive case and the employer did not implement the proper protocols/recommendation per OSHA and CDC guidelines for quarantining, isolation, and proper ppe use.
