1. Employees are required to run dirty units; there is not decontamination of the units. 2. Employees are not provided with training to use the cleaning supplies properly. 3. Cleaning supply bottles are not properly labeled. 4. Employees do not have access to personal protective equipment that is the correct size. 5. Employees are not being protected from potential exposure to COVID-19. Employees are required to transport COVID-19 positive patients. Employees who are positive for COVID-19 are allowed to continue working. 6. Employees who work 24 hour shifts are not provided with proper sleeping quarters. 7.
