A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, quarantining employees, informing employees for possible exposure to the virus, employee returning to work, social distancing, personal protective equipment, disinfecting/sanitizing, and employee training. Employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and employees have worked in close contact with them. Employees were informed by management not to share this information. They were not allowed to get tested. The areas where the employees worked and commonly touched surfaces such as, but not limited to the time clock, restrooms and breakroom were not cleaned and disinfected.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-11
