(1) A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, disinfecting and sanitizing, social distancing, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. The employer does not require the employees to wear a mask when in close proximity to fellow employees or social distance.
