(1) A stylist was allowed to return to work without being quarantined for 14 days. She has no negative test and has been coughing in the salon, which is considered a symptom. All the employees are asked if the coworker was tested before returning and were told not to worry because the employee had not had symptoms in 3 days and had been 10 days since the first symptom, but still coughing. While stylists are too wear masks, the employee has not been and it is not being enforced.
