2106 Woodruff Road, Greenville, 29607 South Carolina, United States

(1) A stylist was allowed to return to work without being quarantined for 14 days. She has no negative test and has been coughing in the salon, which is considered a symptom. All the employees are asked if the coworker was tested before returning and were told not to worry because the employee had not had symptoms in 3 days and had been 10 days since the first symptom, but still coughing. While stylists are too wear masks, the employee has not been and it is not being enforced. The employee has been double booking with clients and employees feel the environment is unsafe and the owner does not care.
