1. The employer is not informing employees that had close contact with employees that tested COVID-19 they should consider having a Covid-19 test. The employer is not cleaning the work area of confirmed COVID-19 employees as soon as possible. 2. Employees are exposed to trip and fall hazards caused by materials and debris not being cleaned off the floors. 3. Employees are exposed to slip and fall hazards caused by water leaking from the machines waterlines and collecting on the floors. The employer has not performed required maintenance on the machines in 2 years. 4. There are materials placed in front of electrical and fuses boxes. The employer has not marked the areas around the boxes to insure clearance. 5.
