Employees allegedly exposed to COVID-19 due to the following: 1. Water cups for medications in the open with everyone taking cups for water having to touch all the cups; 2. No temperature check for patients entering the clinic; 3. No consistent temperature check for employees; 4. Sanitizing liquid dispensers not being refilled in a timely manner and empty most of the time; 5. Nursing dispensing counter not cleaned between patients who dose at the window; 6. Signature apparatus pen for acknowledging dose & signing credit card not cleaned between patients; and 7. Bathroom used by patients not cleaned well; a potential violation of the OSHA Act of 1970, Section 5(a)(1).

This is not what was advertised. It was supposed to be outdoor fireworks display programmed to music. What I received was a large and a small PKG of TV lights indoor use only. I want my money refunded and a label to send these back to you as they are no use to me.
