1) The employer is not following the CDC's guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus COVID-19, such as not practicing social distance (6 ft.) for employees working close to the coworkers, and not enforcing the use of face covering in the break room. A possible violation of the OSH Act of 1970 General Duty Clause Section 5(a)(1). 2) The employer is not providing the minimum number of water closets in toilets rooms separate for each sex . A possible violation of the OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i).
