1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19. The use of masks or face covering is not enforced. Hygiene practices are not encouraged at the workplace. Contact tracing has not been conducted with employees that has been in close contact with positive COVID-19 cases so they either could quarantine or get tested. Employees exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 are going to work exposing other employees to the virus. 2. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization at the facility such as, common areas and work areas, after confirmed COVID-19 positive cases.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 10
