On 03/11/21 and 03/12/21 someone decides to hold a walk-in Covid-19 vaccine clinic. People are everywhere, long lines on both sides of the hall. No social distancing, no proper screening. This condition is not safe for veterans and employees. There should have been a drive-through vaccine clinic. There are too many people in this building at the time of a pandemic.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 500
