1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19 including but not limited to practice hand hygiene. Social distancing is not maintained in the location, especially in the office area, breakroom and kitchen. The use of masks is not enforced.
