1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan. Social distancing is not enforced or maintained in the location. The use of masks or face covering is not enforced; employees and managements are not wearing masks. 2. Contact tracing has not been conducted with employees that has been in close contact with positive COVID-19 cases so they either could quarantine or get tested. One employee was in close contact with another employee who tested positive and was not informed about the potential exposure so the employee could get tested. 3. The employer has not provided adequate sanitization at the facility, common areas and work areas after confirmed COVID-19 positive cases, especially in the -picmod - area.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 20
