Biohazard boxes passed the full line and needles are sticking out. Employees cannot even open the lid to put more needles in there. Employees will get yelled at for closing the boxes if they were not filled to the very top and over-flowing. There are no biohazard bins in the room so the paps are thrown in the trash along with the hemoccult cards. Covid is done in the breakroom where the employees eat. There are at least seven employees exposed.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 7
