The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a) The wearing and/or proper wearing (covering nose and mouth) of face coverings/masks by employees is not enforced; b) Social distancing is not being enforced. c) After several employees have tested positive, employees were not notified in accordance with 16VAC25-220. d) An effective cleaning and disinfecting protocol has not been implemented for the establishment after several employees tested positive. e) The employer has failed to report COVID positive employees to the Virginia Department of Labor in accordance with §16VAC25-220. f) Employees that are known or suspected to be infected with COVID are allowed to report to work without proper screening, quarantining or following a Return to Work policy that complies with §16VAC25-220.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
