The employer does not notify all employees of COVID-19 positive cases in the workplace. 2.The employer did not evaluate and identify hazards that potentially expose employees to COVID-19/Sar2 virus, including a certificate of hazard assessment (medium, low, high and very high risk). 3. The employer does not have a "Site Specific" Infectious Disease Control Plan. 4. The employees are not trained on their "Site Specific" Infectious Disease Control Plan and "What is COVID 19 and How to recognize it?" 5. the employer does not require employees to wear face covings, use hand sanitizer, nor social distance to protect other workers from COVID-19.
