The office is providing insufficient cleaning and resources. Current direct contact with coworker (tested positive) every day for extended periods. Management/HR/Contact Tracers have not contacted the worker. The positive coworker has been absent and told me outside of work that they were positive. After someone tests positive, there is cleaning using the same cleaning cloths for all desks. The areas are not cleaned regularly, unless someone reports a positive test, and even then, only the immediate area is cleaned. There is not sufficient ventilation, and employees are allowed to remove masks while sitting at their workstations. In common areas, people do not comply with mask regulations. Observed HR personnel in conversations with masks worn incorrectly at distances less than six feet.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-09
