It is alleged that in the manufacturing area: 1. Employees are exposed to excessive dust, including silica from the glass manufacturing process without proper ventilation and respiratory protection. 2. Employees are exposed to chemical vapors, including Denature Alcohol without proper ventilation. 3. Employees do not have access to safety data sheets (SDS) for chemicals use on-site. 4. After employee test positive for COVID-19, there is no disinfection of the workplace and notification to other employees.
