Employees are exposed to excessive dust, including silica from the glass manufacturing process without proper ventilation and respiratory protection. 2. Employees are exposed to chemical vapors, including Denature Alcohol without proper ventilation. 3. Employees do not have access to safety data sheets (SDS) for chemicals use on-site. 4.
