Location: 25-30 30th Road Building (Engineering Department, Basement workspace). 1. It is alleged that the employees are exposed to an overcrowded working space and that the employer is not enforcing social distancing guidelines to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. 2. It is alleged that employees are exposed to unsanitary working conditions in the workspace due to lack of a proper cleaning/ sanitizing schedule. 3.
