There's no distancing when doing sterilization of boxes, no masks are enforced, is usually the entire shift of 7 to 10 employees. When running PTFE teflon powder there is no adequate ventilation and many co workers have gotten polymer fume fever, 4 to 5 employees. The ventilation ducts have been clogged for years and haven't been addressed for our safety. When running sabic, the heat treatment end is a bomb waiting to explode and boil a person alive. When it has become clogged the ceiling rained down boiling hot water and pellets, also the wall behind the heat treatment area with the rubber pipes carrying the hot water and product is only protected by shameful half inch silver paper. The wire and cable area isn't enclosed and has been instances where the wires snapped and almost took out a person's eyes.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 10
