Employees are no longer informed when there is a symptomatic or Covid positive coworker. We recently found out that nine people have been in close contact with a sick coworker in the produce section. Mask enforcement is lacking; vendors and customers are in the store with their masks under their chins and management is doing nothing to enforce proper mask wear.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-18
