1717 Freeway Drive, Mount Vernon, 98273 Washington, United States

ER is not supplying employees with water in receiving and all water fountains are shut off. There is no airflow in the back and it is hot and humid. There is no cleaning done in this store or any type of sanitation to avoid the spread of the virus. Employees are not informed about active COVID-19 cases. Lowe's tells the employees not to tell anyone. Employee that tested positive stayed in the building and was not permitted to quarantine initially.
