The facility,STAFHOLT GOOD SAMARITAN CENTER 456 "C" Street Blaine, WA 98230, has positive COVID 19 cases in the building and that puts us in the red zone and the DNS refused to give us proper PPE. The employer has plenty of N95 respirators yet the DNS said "No." DNS explained the workers have not been fit tested for the N95 respirators.
