1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to providing disinfectant to wipe down high touch surfaces on the casino floor. The employees are not being provided with disinfectant for cleaning purposes. The Director provides the EVS staff with water in the spray bottles which are then used for wiping down high touch surfaces on the casino floor.
