1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees that work in Las Vegas City Hall's Building and Safety department are not being required to wear face masks while within their cubicles. There are at least 8 people who have cubicles in an open area, however they are only required to wear face masks when they walk throughout the office. HAZARD LOCATION: On the first floor of Las Vegas City Hall's Building and Safety department. 12/16/2020 JHAlleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
