1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees will wear masks improperly or completely off until a customer approaches them. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to social distancing between employees. Employees gather in large groups in the break room for potlucks and to watch footfall or other sports on television. 3. An employee is allowed to continue working while waiting for their test result for COVID-19 potentially exposing other employees. 4. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Hazard Location: Throughout - with emphasis on the front of the store, pro desk, and break room. 11/23/2020 bm
