1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Managers are not wearing face coverings while performing temperature checks on employees, potentially exposing themselves and other employees to COVID-19. 2. The employer is not informing employees that they may have been exposed to COVID-19. Several employees have continued to work, despite showing COVID-19 symptoms, and those employees have been sent home are returning before their quarantine has ended.
