1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees testing positive at the workplace. Employees continue to test positive for COVID-19 and the employer has not deep cleaned or disinfected the facility. Recently, management passed away from contracting COVID-19. 2. The employer has also not conducted trace contact to notify other employees of potential exposure. HAZARD LOCATION: Throughout. 9/28/2020 KRAlleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
