T8CCR 3205(c)(1) - COVID-19 outbreaks in multiple sectors. Slow to no action when new cases are found. T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(C) - Positive employees are not sent home immediately. T8CCR 3205(c)(5)(B) - Employees are also not being properly briefed about payment when falling ill due to work related COVID-19. Many try their best to work through the illness or just not come in and get no pay at all. T8CCR 3205(c)(9)(E) - Employees are not notified by the testing agency, but by the company of their personal COVID results. The company is known to withhold test results for upwards of two weeks. we were not contacted until a week after everyone else received their test results.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
