T8CCR 3205(c) - There is no regular cleaning on the hour for high touch areas. Restrooms are only being cleaned twice a day. T8CCR 3205(c) - Wearing of face covering is not enforced. T8CCR 3205(c) - There is in adequate contact tracing done. Employees that have been in close contact with COVID-19 positive case are not notified. T8CCR 3205(c) - Staff not required to employees to quarantine the entire duration.
