T8CCR 3205 - An employee was sick (i.e. fever, etc.) and eventually tested positive for COVID-19. The employee was still told to com to work (with a face mask and isolate in her work area). the other employees were not notified and not distanced. Other employees have tested positive but the office was not properly disinfected.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
