T8 CCR § 3205(c) - Employer is not taking proper COVID-19 precautions. The company currently has an outbreak and they have not told any of their employees and are not requiring a quarantine of the people who have been in contact with the COVID-19 positive staff. One employee has already died from COVID-19 and more than 5 people are sick. Employer is asking this be kept quiet so employees would continue to work.
