1. The employer failed to exclude employees who had COVID-19 exposure from the workplace for 10 days after the last known COVID-19 exposure to a COVID-19 case. The employer allowed exposed employees to return to work after obtaining negative PCR test results which were only 2 days after exposure date. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(10)(B) 2.
