1. Toilets are very filthy/ dirty, not cleaned meet the need of 200 EEs per shift. Total toilets (porta potty) are less than 10. All females and male uses these toilets. Company has three shifts it runs 24hrs and 7 days a week. 2. ER is not enforcing social distancing. All EEs set lunch at the same time. they sit in a very small room without mask. They eat and chat.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
