1. The employer has not developed an effective plan to address the specific exposure risks, sources of exposure, routes of transmission and other unique characteristics of SARS-CoV-2. The plan should focus on engineering controls, administrative controls, work practice controls and personal protective equipment. 2. Employer is not providing PPE, including, but not limited to gloves, mask and safety glasses. 3. Employer does not disinfect and regular cleaning all work areas including, but not limited to Terminal B, Terminal E, ramp areas, bagging areas, maintenance hangar, parts room and break rooms including but not limited to gates B1 and B2, after employees have tested positive with COVID-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-29
