'- An employee that had covid-19 was called back to work before receiving a negative test result. The employee's girlfriend and daughter have tested positive and are now very ill. They are all quarantined in the same household. The employee informed the plant manager that he has now tested negative. - When the employee returned to work, he was turned away at the covid-booth due to guidelines and was reported to the HR office. HR told the covid-booth employee to inform the plant manager. The plant manager, while not wearing a face mask screamed into the face of the covid-booth employee. - The plant manager instructed an HR employee in charge of the covid booth to tell that employee to go back in the shop to work, that he is not to be in the booth any longer. - Employees are working in an environment with adequate separation but in sweat-filled masks, 10 to 12 hours a day, and sometimes seven days a week.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-15
