1. The employees are in an unsafe COVID-19 working environment. Employees are not social distancing, and the employer is not providing masks, gloves or any kind of personal protective equipment. When it is brought to the employers attention, employees are threatened that they will lose their jobs. The establishment has had COVID-19 cases and do not even inform employees so that they can protect themselves. 2. The bathrooms sinks leak all over, and one restroom has no door at all. 3. There are bottles in the shop areas with black marker written on them that only says disinfectant!
