1. Since this pandemic began, the employer has taken virtually no precautions to protect the health and safety of its workers. 2. Even though there is a posting from the employer regarding its expectations from employees, it has never enforced any of these things, such as handwashing, distancing, face masks, etc. Face masks have never been required; they are optional, even though distancing is frequently impossible because of the constraints of building design, such as in the lab, or because of the tasks required, as in the production area. No one in Production wears face masks. 3. The employer has never taken employees' temperatures, and has never administered any questions. 4. Cleaning and sanitizing of the building does not happen on a daily or even weekly basis. 5. Break times were attempted to be scattered at first. Generally, all of Production takes breaks at the same time. There are still groups of people that cluster at the same table. 6. The employer recently put up a posting stating that no employees have tested positive for COVID-19. However, the posting did say that an employee had been exposed to someone who is COVID-positive.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-06-12
