1. The employer is not following CDC guidelines for increased cleaning and sanitizing of the facility after employees have tested positive for Covid-19 and is not following CDC social distancing guidelines. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 1910.141 2. The employer is not following CDC guidelines in regards to the use of facemasks or face coverings after employees have tested positive for Covid-19. Employees working the Warehouse do not wear face masks or face coverings. Applicable OSHA standard(s): Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 1910.141, 1910.132 3. Employees are exposed to hazards from inadequate lighting. Located in the warehouse not all the lights in the warehouse operate. Applicable OSHA standard OSH Act 5 (a) (1) 4. Employees are exposed to hazards from blocked exits. The emergency exits is blocked with equipment and other materials. Applicable OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.37 5. The employees are exposed to hazards because the forklift cage used does not fall within the approved manufacturers requirements of their existing equipment to safely lift workers.
