Location: Warehouse 1) Employees exposed to mold growing on the metal parts of the accumulation line belt system. 2) Employees do not wear masks correctly in that they pull them down so that their noses are exposed. 3) Employees do not practice social distancing during meetings, picking materials, and also when folding boxes. 4) Employees do not wear safety glasses; while operating equipment on the line.
