(1) A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, quarantining employees, informing employees for possible exposure to the virus, employee returning to work, social distancing, personal protective equipment, disinfecting/sanitizing, and employee training. Three employees had COVID-19 and the office was never cleaned.

I don't know what it is or why I received it,Shipper re#000236****. It's first class mail so I'm trying to figure how important it is also I've had some problems with identity theft which is the main reason for my concern.
