1183 Brock McVey Drive, Lexington, 40509 Kentucky, United States

Covid, nobody is wearing masks, PII the manager of the office was diagnosed with the virus, was supposedly cleared by the health department on March 6th, went to Florida for a wedding immediately afterward and returned to work today March 9th. Nobody is following mask mandate and have pictures to prove.
