The following workplace conditions raise concerns about the potential for employee illness(es) related to potential exposure to SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2), the virus causing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19): The facility has not implemented appropriate controls in response to potential exposures of COVID-19 throughout the facility. These include: 1. Employees who have taken the COVID-19 test are not required to quarantine, while awaiting test results. 2. Employees who work with patients that have tested positive for COVID-19 are not provided PPE to protect them from the virus. The employer only provides gloves to the employees. In addition to the above COVID-19 complaint the employer has no plan to control bedbugs in the facilityAlleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 50
